What hotels does this apply to?
It applies to all affiliated Marriott properties all over the world — over 8,600 hotels across 139 countries. This includes the full range of luxury and lifestyle brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection, EDITION Hotels, JW Marriott, Bulgari Hotels, Westin, Sheraton, Le Méridien, Renaissance, Autograph Collection, and many more. If it's a Marriott-affiliated property, the employee discount rate applies.
Is there any paperwork to mail or print?
No — none at all. The entire process is virtual. You apply online, sign your agreement electronically on your screen, pay digitally, and your Bonvoy discount enrollment is delivered by email. There are no physical forms at any point.
How is the membership delivered?
After your payment is confirmed, we complete your virtual enrollment into the Marriott Bonvoy discount benefits and email you your membership details with simple instructions for booking employee rates through your own Bonvoy account.
How long is the pass valid?
Your membership is active for one full year (365 days) from activation, with unlimited bookings at employee discount rates during that time.
What happens after the year is up?
Your membership can be renewed for another year. We'll reach out before your expiration date with simple renewal options — the renewal is just as virtual as the original signup.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is the electronic signature legally valid?
